William Brooks, known as 'The Coach,' is a native of Los Angeles, California, and CEO and Founder of Moving Mindset Inc., a minister, American author, Speaker, speaker, Youth Advocate, Life Coach, Fitness Expert, and Army/Navy veteran. William has become known as one of the most inspirational leaders of his community. His journey to this acclaim started when he endured a wrongful arrest and faced a 25-year prison sentence. 

In 2009, the unlawful arrest that he recognized as a fateful encounter grew William's desire to seek out the meaning of his life. Bible-based principles, prayer, and faith in YAHUAH opened the door to William's providential purpose, transforming him into a living testimony of triumph through trial by fire, as his case was dismissed in the interest of justice. 

Following William's freedom from injustice, he would passionately serve as a federal law enforcement official, gaining exceptional experience as a Department of Justice Special Operations and Response Team member and top graduate of the world-renowned San Bernardino SWAT school. During his service, he earned several of the agency's top awards, including the Rookie of the Year, Time-Off Award, Special Act Award, Certificate of Recognition, and a Letter of Commendation. 

In 2016, after serving five years as a law enforcement official in low- to maximum-security prisons, William's inspiration to enlighten and empower others came after acknowledging the American penal system's many defects. As a result, he chose to resign from his position and begin a passionate pursuit of mentoring and guiding at-risk youth. In 2018, he founded Moving Mindset Inc., an all-encompassing life coaching and mentoring service for youth and adults, reaching individuals and families worldwide.

That same year, William shared his story through his self-published book, Prison, Prayer, Provision, Purpose, an awe-inspiring and hopeful journey of telling the events of his tremendous battles with the American Justice System. He founded the Unbreakable Knights of Paulding County, Georgia, an independent high school football team. Being the passionate leader he is, William led the Knights in their inaugural season to a 6-5 record, placing 2nd in the National Association of Christian Athletes National Tournament.

At the end of the Knights' season, he was promoted to Tapout Fitness's general manager in Dallas, Georgia. Tasked with rebuilding the only corporate location, Minister Brooks facilitated his unique strategic plan known as "Unscripted Techniques" to create ongoing revenue growth while significantly reducing expenditures. His guidance allowed the failing facility to become the face of the franchise. Unfortunately, in 2021, due to the effects of the worldwide pandemic, Tapout Fitness was forced to close its Dallas, Ga, location.

On January 1, 2022, William returned to Paulding County, Georgia, to fulfill a longtime dream of opening his fitness club for all ages. Continuing to do what he truly loves, helping kids and adults build the mindset to achieve their fitness goals, he was blessed to launch Moving Mindset Fitness on New Year's Day. 

As a faith-based, family-owned fitness facility, William not only helps transform the lives of the community through practical and progressive fitness training but, most importantly, supports the development of each individual's inner being through the understanding that YAHUAH designed each person for an ever-growing purpose.

William's life continues to reveal extraordinary testimonies of the power of prayer and the provisional purpose the Almighty has predestined for His people—those who He calls out of darkness and indeed love Him.

But throughout all these amazing turns, there is an even more beautiful piece to his journey. Just as The Most High revealed Himself to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, but not entirely by His name YAHUAH (Exodus 6:3), calling them out of the bondage of slavery to everlasting promises, so has the Most Magnificent One always been with him—delivering him from a fight against a wrongful attempt to sentence me to 25 years in prison.

Today, William commits his life to the full-time ministry of the gospel. Seeing that the time is drawing near for the divine rescue of those faithful to the Son of YAHUAH and His return, the Heavenly Father has pressed upon Him the urgent need to spread the unadulterated word of the Almighty boldly.
